About The Role:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage and support smooth daily kitchen operations. This role involves handling non-Halal cuisines, and is ideal for a passionate chef who is ready to grow into a leadership position. You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, consistency, hygiene standards, and team coordination.

What You'll Do:

• Manage & operate assigned kitchen section independently
• Prepare & cook according to SOP
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste & presentation
• Control stock, minimize & reduce wastage (FIFO)
• Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness
• Support daily kitchen operations & peak hours
• Assist with staff scheduling & daily kitchen supervision
• Guide junior staff when needed
• Contribute to menu planning & recipe development
