Basic understanding of financial markets, crypto, or trading environment is preferred

Familiar with mobile apps, Telegram, and basic digital tools

Experience in QA testing, bug reporting, or app testing is an advantage

Able to provide clear reports and feedback to the team

Willing to work on flexible hours, including peak traffic or assigned monitoring shifts

English is required; Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia are a plus

Coordinate with the internal team to follow up on issue fixes and system improvements

Support routine operational checks during assigned working periods

Assist with ad hoc testing tasks related to platform updates and campaign activities
