Job Description

Requirements

  • Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia

  • Basic knowledge in using Microsoft Excel

  • Good organizational and communication skills.

  • Hardworking, willing to learn and self-motivated.

  • Full-Time Position Available.

  • Able to start immediately or within a short notice period.

  • 6 days work 10-6pm

Responsibilities

  • Performing a broad variety of personal and administrative tasks including handling company and personal errands.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, paper works and tracking.

  • Maintain proper filing system and proper record keeping of information.

  • Ensure all documents are complete and updated within time given.

  • To handle daily incoming and outgoing communications, including email and telephone inquiries quickly and professionally.
