Requirements
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field will be an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build good customer relationships
- Familiar with basic sales processes such as quotations, orders, and invoicing
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow up tasks independently
- Team player with basic computer skills and ability to coordinate with internal teams
Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and product-related issues in a professional manner
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders and invoices
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for delivery arrangements
- Cross-sell and upsell related products to customers
- Maintain proper product display and cleanliness at counter/front area
- Support daily sales operations and ensure smooth customer service experience
