Job Description

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain will be an advantage
  • Fresh Grads are welcome to apply
  • Familiar with sourcing platforms (e.g., 1688, Alibaba)
  • Strong follow-up and coordination with suppliers & internal teams
  • Detail-oriented and accurate in PO & documentation handling
  • Able to work independently, organized, and responsible in managing daily tasks 

Responsibilities

  • Search and source new products on platforms such as 1688 and Alibaba.
  • ⁠Request information, quotations and samples from suppliers
  • Evaluate and shortlist suppliers based on provided criteria
  • Track order status and estimated delivery timelines (ETA) with suppliers
  • Coordinate with warehouse team for product inspection and checking
  • ⁠Issue PO accurately with compliance to company SOP
