Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an advertising agency as an Account Executive
• Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Advertising / Mass Communication
• Fluent in English. Able to communicate in BM. Additional languages (written and spoken) are an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, including interpersonal, oral, written, telephone, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Internet-savvy, proficient in MS Office, with strong computer skills
• Positive working attitude and a team player
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
• Sociable and enjoys meeting people
• Possess own transport
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, maintaining strong working relationships
• Serve as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients
• Coordinate with media agencies and internal production teams to ensure smooth execution
