Requirements
● Basic computer knowledge
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
● Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Working Hours
● Rotational shifts: 9:30am – 6:30pm / 1:00pm – 10:00pm
● Work 5 days per week [Off days on weekdays]
Responsibilities
● Welcome and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
● Promote products and actively support sales activities
● Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate product information
● Assist with stock arrangement and ensure the sales area is clean and well-maintained
● Support day-to-day administrative tasks related to sales operations
● Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
