Requirements
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin and English fluently.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Clerk or in a similar role.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is an advantage.
Skills Required: Bookkeeping, Microsoft Excel and Account Reconciliation.
Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, AP/AR, and bank reconciliation
Issue and process invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers
Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end closing
Maintain accurate records of transactions in the accounting system
Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with customers or vendors
Assist in preparing documents for audits and tax filing
Support internal departments with any finance-related matters
Ensure all accounting documents are properly organized and filed
Perform any ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks assigned by the supervisor
