Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess 1-2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning repair and maintenance.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including identifying and rectifying faults.
  • Ability to perform installations and replacements of air conditioning units according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and principles of air conditioning.
  • Familiarity with various types of air conditioning systems (e.g., split systems, central air, window units).
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing time effectively to complete assigned tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and safety procedures related to HVAC systems.

Tanggungjawab

  • Installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems and equipment.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems as well as performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Providing technical direction and on-the-job training
