Requirements
Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Customer-focused with the ability to handle escalations effectively.
Good understanding of service operations, inventory control, and cost management.
Technical knowledge in air-conditioning and/or electrical home appliances is an advantage.
Responsibilities
Service Operations & Team Management
Manage and coordinate service staff, work schedules, and departmental workload to ensure timely completion of service jobs.
Liaise with Technical Engineers to obtain technical support before assigning jobs to internal technicians or external service contractors.
Ensure compliance with all safety policies, work rules, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular service meetings and coordinate with principals and relevant stakeholders
Customer Service Management
Monitor customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Maintain high customer service standards to achieve customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Technical Responsibilities
Possess working technical knowledge in air-conditioners and/or electrical home appliances.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in collaboration with Technical Engineers and other specialists.
Monitor and coordinate the repair or replacement of faulty equipment.

Reporting & Administrative Duties
Prepare weekly and monthly reports, including:
Service cases received versus completed
Weekly and monthly stock take reports
Verify monthly spare parts forecast and replenishment reports versus stock on hand
