• Education:Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Business-related fields.

• Experience:1–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Core Skills:Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (Debit/Credit), and journal entries.

1. Operational & Business Support (70%) | 业务营运支持 (70%)

• Documentation:Coordinate and process daily operation documents and report submissions in a timely manner.
  负责处理日常营运文件的管理以及报告提交。

• Commission:Perform accurate calculation of sales/agent commissions and incentives.
  负责销售/代理佣金及激励方案的准确核算。

• Coordination: Liaise between departments to ensure smooth business workflows. (协调各部门工作，确保业务流程顺畅。)

2. Accounting & Finance (30%) / 财务管理与会计 (30%)

• Bookkeeping:Record daily income/expenses; process invoices, journal vouchers and payment vouchers.
  准确记录每日收支；处理发票及付款凭证。

• Reconciliation:Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of records.
  进行银行对账，确保账目数据的一致性。

• Month-end Support:Assist in month-end closing activities and preparation of schedules.
  协助月度结账工作并编制相关财务明细表。

• Documentation & Audit: Maintain proper documentation, systematic filing, and ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
  负责所有财务记录的规范整理与归档，确保符合会计准则及公司政策。
