Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance or LCCI accounting qualification.

  • At least 2 year of accounting working experience.

  • Experienced with ERP and good excel spreadsheet skills will be an advantage.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Required language(s): English, spoken Mandarin an added advantage.

  • Positive attitude, detailed, assertive and able to function with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all basic accounting functions for a full set of accounts such as accounts receivables, account payables, fixed assets, payments.

  • Be part of the team for month-end and year-end closing activities.

  • Assist in monthly and yearly tax submission, year-end audit & SST reporting.

  • Correspond with suppliers and customers to ensure timely execution of payments, collections, credit notes etc.

  • Be part of the team to take charge of Office Administrative tasks from time to time.
