Job Description

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of full set accounting, month-end closing, payroll, and Malaysia labour laws

• Familiar with internal controls, compliance practices, and accounting systems

• Good analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities

• Able to work independently with strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent with 4–5 years of experience

• Experience in handling multi-functions (finance, admin, HR) is an added advantage

Roles & responsibilities

1. Finance & Accounting

•Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, GL), including invoicing, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations

• Manage monthly closing, financial reporting, audit schedules, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers

2. Internal Control & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, and internal controls, and support audit processes

• Identify gaps and drive process improvements

3. HR & Payroll Coordination

• Manage payroll and statutory submissions, maintain HR records, and support recruitment and HR matters

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies

4. Administration & Procurement Support

• Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, PO issuance, expense monitoring, and document control

5. Process Improvement & Coordination

• Drive system and process improvements while coordinating with departments for operational efficiency

6. Group Coordination & Harmonisation

• Align with holding company requirements, support reporting to HQ, and coordinate group-level initiatives
