Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar role

  • Strong technical knowledge of tractors and motor vehicle

  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics

  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills


Responsibilities

  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in tractors, gensets, and motor vehicles.

  • Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards during repairs.

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of tractors, gensets, and motor vehicles.

  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines and plantation-specific operating conditions.

  • Maintain records of service schedules, repairs, and spare parts usage.

  • Monitor spare parts stock, tools, and consumables.

  • Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with plantation policies.
