Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma from Business, Marketing or related fields

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Sales Coordinator

  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responding to enquiries from various channels such as walk-in, WhatsApp, Phone Call or from website

  • Provide accurate product recommendations based on customer's requirements

  • Preparing Quotation, Sales Order and Delivery Order

  • Coordinating after-sales services such as installation, monthly servicing and warranty enquiry
