Requirements
Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent
1–2 years’ customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered)
Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is highly advantageous, as the role involves regular engagement with Mandarin-speaking clients across various dialects
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to multitask in a high-pressure setting
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or its equivalent
Willingness to work on a rotation schedule (weekends/public holidays included)
Quick learning and adaptability to changing processes
Responsibilities
Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
Offer clear, empathetic support across product and account inquiries
Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g. Tech, Admin, Ops) to ensure timely resolutions
Support customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues efficiently, reducing impact on client service
Document interactions accurately in CRM platforms
Support onboarding and retention efforts with client-centric communication
Assist in refining SOPs based on recurring support feedback and operational needs
