Requirements

1. Experience

   • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in rail transit communication systems or low-voltage system integration.

   • Proven experience in both pre-sales (tendering)andproject execution (design/delivery) phases.

   • Hands-on experience in communication package system design; AFC experience is a strong plus.

2. Technical Expertise

   • Strong understanding of rail transit communication systems and subsystems.

   • Familiar with system architecture design, integration, and interface management.

   • Good knowledge of major industry vendors and mainstream technologies (LTE, TETRA, IP networks, etc.).

3. Project & Coordination Skills

   • Demonstrated ability to lead technical workstreams in both bidding and project delivery stages.

   • Strong coordination skills across internal teams and external partners.

4. Local Market Knowledge

   • Familiarity with local subcontractor resources and deployment practices is highly preferred.

   • Experience in Southeast Asia projects is a plus.

5. Soft Skills

   • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

   • Ability to work independently and drive results under pressure.

6. Language

   • Proficient in English for technical communication and documentation.

   • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who require to deal with HQ PIC in China.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & System Architecture

   • Lead the end-to-end technical solution design for rail transit communication systems, including system architecture definition for communication packages.

   • Capability to extend into AFC (Automatic Fare Collection) system solution design is highly preferred.

   • Ensure technical feasibility, integration compatibility, and alignment with project requirements.

2. Tendering & Pre-sales Leadership

   • Take ownership of technical solution development during the bidding stage.

   • Lead the preparation, coordination, and consolidation of technical proposal documents.

   • Interface with internal teams (R&D, product, sales) and external stakeholders to ensure a competitive and compliant bid submission.

3. Project Execution & Design Management

   • Lead the development of preliminary design (PD) and support detailed design phases during project execution.

   • Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical outputs.

   • Act as the technical focal point between client, partners, and internal teams.

4. Subsystem & Vendor Management

   • Be fully familiar with communication subsystems (e.g., CCTV, PA, PIS, TETRA/LTE, transmission systems, etc.).

   • Understand key industry vendors and their product capabilities.

   • Support vendor selection and integration strategy.

5. Local Resource Integration

   • Leverage knowledge of local installation subcontractors and ecosystem.

   • Contribute to developing practical and executable end-to-end delivery solutions, including installation and deployment strategies.

   • Support localization strategy and partner engagement.
