• Thorough understanding of the full Applied Product range.

• Full understanding of the sales and service cycle of the air-conditioning industry and to keep abreast with best industry practices.

• Sound technical knowledge of air-conditioning system.

• Fundamentals of business/marketing management practices. (ie. the 5Ws, 5Ps & SWOT analysis principles, etc.)

・Achieving/exceeding set sales targets.
・ To provide customer service to non-contract customers and dealers in order to maximize service sales and customer satisfaction.
・ Develop, expand, and sustain distribution network and enhance excellent relationships with business partners and customers.
・ Provide system design, other sales support to customers and market Daikin brand image professionally.
・ Develop teamwork among DAPM members to promote Daikin AP Sales for Malaysia.
・ Execute sales and marketing activities, plans & strategies.
・ Adhere and comply with SOPP guidelines.
・ Cost effectiveness and control.
・ Perform any other duties directed by the Manager
