Office Administration

• Manage daily administrative tasks and office operations
• Maintain proper filing system (physical & digital documents)
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, courier)
  

Documentation & Record Keeping

• Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents, contracts, and records
• Assist in data entry and updating records in the system
• Ensure all documents are properly filed for audit and reference
