Requirements

Job Scope

  • Perform data entry for accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL)
  • Issue invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes
  • Assist in accounts payable & receivable
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation
  • Assist in bank reconciliation
  • Support monthly closing (basic tasks)
  • Assist in e-Invoice preparation in line with **Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri requirements
  • Assist in payroll data entry (attendance, OT)
  • Handle ad hoc admin/account tasks

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Diploma / LCCI in Accounting
  • Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Familiar with Excel & accounting software
  • Willing to learn, detail-oriented
