Job Description

Requirements

We are seeking a responsible Admin Clerk to support daily administrative and documentation tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Able to handle administrative tasks with accuracy

  • Basic understanding of accounting is an advantage

  • Responsible and organized

Job Details

  • Location: Kepong Baru

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Half Day)

  • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: RM 2,200 – RM 2,800

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

  • Prepare and organize invoices, delivery orders, and receipts

  • Maintain proper filing system (physical and digital)

  • Assist in basic accounting data entry

  • Support daily office administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with internal team on document processing
