Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field or equivalent

Responsibilities
Process and manage customer orders, returns, and disputes across e-commerce platforms to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
Monitor platform performance and prepare monthly reports on sales and operational metrics.
Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, stock availability, and overall user experience.
Plan and execute e-commerce marketing strategies to increase website traffic, drive online sales, and enhance customer engagement.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between online and offline campaigns and activities.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.
