Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the related field.
Proficient in MS Office and Excel (Computer literate).

Tanggungjawab
Coordinate office administration functions and day-to-day office operations i.e. including maintaining supplies, and handling office correspondence.
Assist in the recruitment process and talent hiring pipeline.
Assist in payroll processing and HR activities (leave, expense, claims).
Responsible for the coordination assist in accounting work such as receiving and verifying bills, payment received and requisitions for goods and services.
Responsible for maintaining and keeping the company's records and database such as data entry, filing, and documents preparation.
Other related tasks.
