Requirements
Qualifications/Requirement :
Candidate possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / Banking
Prepare full set management accounts for multiple companies.
Candidate with experience in F&B Industry will be an added advantage.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficiency in MS Excel, Accounting Software
Good communication skills in English, Malay, Mandarin language for both spoken and written.
SST & E-Invoicing experience preferred
A team player with pleasant personality, good attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication skills, proactive and able to multi- task.
Key Responsibilities :
Full set of accounting Bank Reconciliation Financial Statement, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, SST and E-Invoicing Reporting
Perform monthly bank reconciliation, monthly analysis, monthly chq issuance.
Prepare and submit management account report as per dateline.
Liaising with external auditors, authorities and tax agents on the accounting audit and income tax matters if required
Responsible for furnishing tax information to tax agent, checking and finalizing their queries and ensure tax computation ready as schedule
E-invoicing and follow regulations
Responsible for monthly management level payroll, ensure accurate, timely payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit SST filings and to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Monitoring status of overdue collections.
Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
Perform other duties and responsibility as assigned by superior from time to time.
Overseeing an accounts department team involves ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all accounting functions, and managing the team's performance and development.
