Ability to work independently or lead small engagements

Candidates must have strong technical knowledge, proficiency in ABOT/AXP, Accounting software and Microsoft Office

Good communication skills to handle clients and tight deadlines.

Link between juniors and managers

Executing complex field work

Mentoring junior staff, and preparing statutory financial statements include planning audit engagements

Reviewing associate work, performing substantive testing, and managing client relationships to ensure compliance with standards.
