Position: Solar Sales Manager / Senior Solar Consultant

Requirement: Proven solar system sales experience Scope: Client acquisition, deal closing, and team leadership.

All-in income: RM 5,000 – RM 15,000+ (No cap) Clear commission structure Full technical & operations support You focus on closing — we handle design, approval & installation

The Sales Executive is required to focus the majority of working time on deal closing activities, including but not limited to:

• Actively engage and qualify residential and commercial customers with the objective of closing confirmed solar system projects.
• Present Nova Solar’s solar solutions strictly in accordance with Company-approved packages, pricing structures, and sales scripts.
• Conduct TNB bill analysis and clearly explain cost savings, system sizing, and return on investment (ROI) to drive customer decision-making.
• Follow the Company’s end-to-end sales SOP, from lead engagement, proposal presentation, objection handling, negotiation, to final confirmation.
• Drive customers towards timely commitment and payment milestones.
• Ensure all confirmed sales meet internal approval, documentation, and handover requirements.
