Requirements
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
Support the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and other digital assets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential challenges.
Contribute to brand management initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.
Assist in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
Help prepare marketing reports and analyze campaign data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to engage with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
Demonstrate a foundational understanding of marketing principles and a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced marketing environment.
Be a proactive team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, suitable for an entry-level role.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional advertising, to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product/service improvement and market penetration.
Support the creation and curation of engaging content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and other marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
Manage and grow social media presence by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external agencies to ensure cohesive marketing efforts and successful campaign execution.
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, promotions, and advertising campaigns, from concept to completion, tracking results and ROI.
Maintain and update marketing databases, CRM systems, and other relevant records, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information for reporting and analysis.
Contribute to brand management initiatives by ensuring all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce the company's brand identity.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.
Support the Marketing Manager in administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to workload.
