Requirements
- Contract Period: April 2026 – November 2026
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Basic knowledge of content creation, social media, or marketing is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day office administration and clerical tasks
- Support in drafting memos, letters, and company communications
- Respond to general emails and correspondence
- Coordinate and liaise with KOLs and bloggers for marketing campaigns
- Arrange and assist in KOL filming sessions
- Monitor and track promotional content from media partners
- Assist in brainstorming, planning, and creating video content
- Support social media and marketing activities
