Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field
- At least some relevant experience in full set accounts and HR functions
- Experience in retail or mall operations is an advantage
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills in English & Mandarin (must)
Responsibilities
Accounts (Full Set)
- Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial statements
- Ensure timely submission of tax and statutory reports
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and bankers
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
- Use AutoCount Accounting Software for daily accounting operations
