Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in event management or production

• Able to speak in Mandarin 

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience handling large-scale events, stage productions, or brand activations

• Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of event management tools is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of events from conceptualization to post-event reporting

• Develop event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans

• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and technical teams

• Manage event budgets and cost control

• Oversee on-site setup, rehearsals, and live event execution

• Liaise with clients to ensure objectives and expectations are met

• Identify and resolve operational challenges proactively

• Prepare post-event reports and performance evaluations
