Must possess at least a Secondary School Certificate (SPM) or equivalent qualification.

This is an entry-level position, making it ideal for fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in the printing industry.

Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Basic understanding of color theory and digital printing processes is a plus.

Willingness to learn and operate digital printing machinery, including setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.

Strong attention to detail to ensure print quality meets company standards and client expectations.

Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.

Capable of handling various printing materials, including loading and unloading paper, ink, and other consumables.

Familiarity with pre-press preparation tasks, such as file checking and imposition, is advantageous.

Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

Physical ability to lift and move materials as required for the role.

Operate and monitor digital printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials according to job specifications and production schedules.

Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.

Prepare digital files for printing, including pre-press checks, color adjustments, and imposition, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design requirements.

Manage and handle various printing materials, including paper, ink, and other consumables, ensuring proper storage and usage.

Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process, identifying and rectifying any defects or inconsistencies to meet company standards.

Assist in troubleshooting common printing issues and machine malfunctions, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations and best practices within the printing facility.
