Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or administration.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts.
Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and pipelines.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
Customer Service
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Follow up with clients on quotations, orders, and after-sales service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Track sales performance metrics and generate weekly/monthly reports for management.
Maintain organized filing systems for sales-related documents.
Team & Process Support
Schedule meetings, appointments, and presentations for the sales team.
Support sales campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Assist in monitoring stock availability, delivery schedules, and payment collection.
