Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in the industrial construction or engineering sector.

Technical Knowledge:Strong familiarity withsteel fabrication, industrial piping systems, and mechanical maintenance.

Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites.

Flexibility:Ability to work according tofactory shutdown schedules, including weekends or overtime when required.

Communication: Good communication skills to coordinate with factory clients and lead on-site workers.

Project Supervision: Oversee and manage daily on-site operations for steel structure and mechanical projects.

Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of skilled workers to ensure tasks are completed according to technical drawings and safety standards.

Client Coordination: Liaise directly with factory clients to provide progress updates and resolve any technical issues on-site.

Maintenance Planning:Assist in planning and executingpreventive and corrective maintenance during factory shutdowns.

Quality & Safety:Ensure all fabrication and installation work meets quality specifications and complies withHealth, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations.

Reporting: Prepare and submit site progress reports, technical documentation, and manpower attendance.
