Education
At least Higher Secondary / STPM / “A” Level / Pre-University qualification, or a Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accountancy, or other related fields.
Language Proficiency
Must be proficient in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Experience
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.

Skills & Knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
Knowledge of SQL Accounting software is preferred.
Familiarity with SST and e-Invoicing is an added advantage.
Personal Attributes
Highly motivated with a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a strong willingness to learn.
Other Requirements
5-day workweek.
Immediate availability is preferred.
Must possess own transport.
Tanggungjawab
Record daily financial transactions, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
Reconcile bank statements and financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
Generate monthly reports on sales, expenses, and profit margins.
Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
Handle reimbursements, petty cash, and staff claims.
Assist in internal and external audits.
Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including SST and e-Invoicing.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
