Process invoices promptly and accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Maintain organized and up-to-date invoice records, both physically and digitally.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and payment inquiries.

Demonstrate problem-solving skills to identify and resolve invoice-related issues efficiently.

Skills Required: Invoice Processing, Microsoft Excel, Problem-Solving and Communication Skills.

Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, quantities, and discounts are applied in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes to confirm receipt of goods or services and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all invoices, payments, and related documentation in both physical and electronic filing systems.

Communicate effectively with internal departments to address invoice-related inquiries, resolve payment issues, and ensure smooth processing of transactions.

Identify and escalate any potential issues or discrepancies in invoices or payment processes to the appropriate supervisor or manager for resolution.
