Minimum SPM / O-Level for entry-level roles

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields preferred for experienced candidates

Relevant coursework in marketing, business communication, or sales strategy is a plus

1-3 years sales experience (field sales preferred)

Strong communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills

Self-motivated and target-driven

Own transport is an advantage

Confident in conducting face to face engagement with merchants and business

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an advantage

Strong communication , negotiation and interpersonal skills

Willing to travel, and work outdoors within Klang valley

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently

Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline

Prior experience in sales, business development, partnerships, or offline marketing will be an added advantage

Execute offline marketing and promotional activities to enhance awareness of Aider's services

Identify, approach, and engage potential merchants for partnership opportunities

Present Aider's services and collaboration proposals in a clear and professional manner

Build and maintain positive working relationships with merchants and business partners

Follow up on partnership discussions and coordinate with internal teams on implementation

Represent the company professionally during field visits, meetings, and business engagements

Support the execution of partnership campaigns and promotional initiatives

Provide on-ground market feedback, competitor observations, and relevant business insights to management
