Undergraduate student (Year 3/4) or fresh graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Familiar with Excel, PPT, CAD (basic proficiency acceptable; willingness to learn).

Good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both spoken and written for basic reporting).

Responsible, strong sense of ownership, able to work in on-site environments (e.g., construction sites, factories).

Basic problem-solving and responsiveness; able to report issues promptly.

Willing to travel within Malaysia or work at project sites as required (company provides travel arrangements).

Able to commit to at least 3 consecutive months of internship – preferred.

Assist the project team in on-site execution and coordination to ensure tasks are completed as planned.

Support the organization of weekly project meetings, progress reviews, and ad-hoc issue meetings; take minutes and follow up on action items.

Help project managers communicate with clients on site; participate in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.

Assist in tracking construction progress, coordinating personnel and resources to keep work on schedule.

Support material inventory control, site safety management, and 6S activities; record non-compliance and follow up on corrections.

Participate in equipment quality checks, functional verification, defect logging, and improvement tracking.
