Responsibilities
Operational Leadership: Oversee daily branch activities, including showroom presentation, inventory management, and P&L accountability.
Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and lead a dedicated sales team to achieve consistent growth through proven operational SOPs.
Talent Grooming: Identify and develop internal high-potentials for leadership roles through our structured career progression path.
Expansion Management: Lead the "Team Fission" model by incubating and scaling new sales units while maintaining service quality.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the key liaison between the branch and HQ departments (Logistics, Technician, and Admin) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Quality Control: Conduct daily briefings and skill-building sessions to ensure the team adheres to the highest standards of professional consultation.
