Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
Proven experience in regional sales management or multi-outlet retail management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and performance management skills.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
Willing to travel within Klang Valley as required.
Responsibilities
Formulate and execute regional sales strategies to maximize traffic conversion and revenue growth.
Oversee and optimize operational efficiency of premium mall roadshows (e.g. Sunway Velocity, Central i-City, Quayside Mall).
Lead, mentor, coach, and evaluate Sales Managers to develop a strong leadership pipeline.
Ensure standardized sales processes, customer experience, and brand presentation across all outlets.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights for business expansion.
Collaborate closely with HQ teams to align regional execution with company objectives.
