Answer guest inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services in a friendly and informative manner.

Assist with table turns by clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently.

Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service flow.

Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area, adhering to company standards.

Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Support service staff during peak hours by assisting with tasks such as refilling water, delivering food, or running food to tables.
