Applicants must be willing to work inPetaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
Prepare delivery orders (DO), picking lists, and warehouse-related invoices.
Respond to customers inquiries via phone, email.
Respond and providing information about product availability, order status, and shipping details to customers.
Conduct stock take.
Ensure picking, packing, and shipping processes run smoothly.
Experience in warehouse operations is an added advantage.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
