Competent in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
Ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication, presentation skills, and team-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
Liaise with overseas agents to coordinate shipment consolidation for both air and ocean freight.
Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
Monitor and follow up on customer queries to ensure effective resolution.
Assess customer needs, investigate issues, and provide suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
