Bachelor’s Degree or above in any discipline

Fluent in Chinese and English (spoken and written)

Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills

Prior experience in property sales, real estate, banking, insurance, or related sales roles preferred

Familiar with Kuala Lumpur property market and local regulations is an advantage

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently

Positive attitude with strong desire to earn high income

Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, agencies, and potential clients

Identify client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions

Manage enquiries, conduct follow-ups, and convert leads into sales

Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close transactions

Conduct regular market research on property trends, competitor activities, and pricing movements

Provide business insights and feedback to management

Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
