Requirements
Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of construction/interior fit-out works is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
Assist in preparing cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and quotations
Support in sourcing and comparing material and subcontractor prices
Assist in project cost monitoring and budget tracking
Help in preparing tender documents and contract administration
Coordinate with project team, suppliers, and subcontractors
Perform site visits when required
