Requirements
This role is open to Malaysian citizens only.
Minimum Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
Must have recent relevant experience in F&B service.
Leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and service skills.
Able to lead team during operations.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate service team during daily restaurant operations.
Ensure smooth table service and high standard of customer experience.
Assist in managing staff duties, shifts, and service flow.
Handle customer requests, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Train and guide junior service staff when necessary.
Ensure cleanliness, grooming, and service standards are followed.
Support restaurant supervisor/management in daily operational tasks.
Monitor table turnover and ensure efficient service during peak hours.
