Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in HR administration or a similar role
• Proficiency in payroll systems (cloud-based or standalone payroll software is an advantage)
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is prioritized
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements
Responsibilities
• Process monthly payroll accurately and ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate HR records and handle employee-related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality
• Stay updated on Malaysian labor and employment legislation and apply best HR practices
• Collaborate with managers and departments to support staffing and HR operational needs
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and process improvements
