Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with AutoCount for data entry, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
Basic understanding of SQL for handling and retrieving data.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling financial data.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents.
Organize and maintain filing systems. (physical and digital)
Order office supplies and manage inventory.
Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and expense tracking.
Use AutoCount to record transactions, generate invoices, and maintain financial records.
Retrieve and update data using basic SQL queries where required.
Support month-end and simple financial reporting processes.
Coordinate travel arrangements. (flights, hotels, itineraries)
Support team members with administrative tasks as needed.
Greet visitors and provide general support to clients.
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
