Lead Generation & Management: Identify potential customers from databases, lead lists, and referrals provided by the company.
Consultative Sales: Prepare quotation and present our renovation services & ID packages clearly, highlighting how our designs solve the homeowner's specific needs.
Appointment Setting: Persuasively convert prospects into confirmed consultations or site visits for the sales/design team.
Data Integrity:Maintain meticulous records of every call, conversation, and outcome within ourCRM system.
Customer Profiling: Update and manage customer profiles, including their design preferences, budget constraints, and interaction history to ensure a personalized follow-up.
Follow-up Excellence: Manage a pipeline of "warm" leads by scheduling regular follow-ups for those not ready for an immediate sale.
Tanggungjawab
Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcomed.
Possess own transport and valid driving license
Willing to learn about renovation materials, finishes, and project processes
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (to communicate with our diverse client base).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
High energy with a "never-give-up" attitude to meet targets and handle objections.
