The Account Admin Executive Supports Daily Sales Operations Across 7 Autospa Outlets. This Role Is Responsible For Checking And Verifying Daily Cash Flow Transactions, Credit Card Statements, And Ensuring All Sales Reports Are Accurate. The Account Admin Executive Will Work Closely With Outlet Managers And Use 7 Autospa’s Proprietary Apps To Monitor Daily Sales, Identify Errors From The App Or Human Input, And Generate Reports. Strong Excel Skills And Attention To Detail Are Essential. 

 Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin .
  • At least LCCI , Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance & Administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting and administrative roles (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, E-invoice and month end closi
  • Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work under stress to meet deadline.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice is an added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain daily accounting transactions (sales, payments, expenses, claims)
  • Process supplier payments, staff claims, and petty cash disbursements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, e wallets, and company cash flows.
  • Prepare payment voucher and assist in monthly financial reporting.
  • Support month end and year end account closing.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial related documents.
  • Any others duties and responsibilities assigned by the immediate superior.
