Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in CRM, customer marketing, or lifecycle marketing.

Tech Savvy: Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), or related platforms (CMS platforms, Mailchimp etc).

Retail Exposure: Experience in both e-commerce and retail environments is a major plus.

Analytical Mindset: You are comfortable working with data, reading dashboards, and using spreadsheets to drive decisions.

Creative Eye: A good sense for copy and the ability to localise content for maximum impact.

Soft Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge: A basic understanding of data privacy and consent regulations, such as PDPA.

Campaign Execution: Work closely with the marketing team to plan, create, and launch customer promotions across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and App Push.

Automation & Personalization: Set up and manage multi-channel CRM journeys using smart segmentation based on customer behaviour, preferences, and business priorities, and A/B testing to ensure our messages resonate.

Loyalty Management: Help execute loyalty program mechanics, including exclusive member privileges, tier upgrades and points redemption.

Omnichannel Integration: Coordinate strategies that drive traffic between our digital channels and physical retail outlets.

Data-Driven Optimization: Track key performance metrics (Open Rates, CTR, CVR) and iterate on campaigns to maximize ROI.

Reporting & Insights: Prepare clear, actionable reports on campaign performance, identifying insights that drive future strategies.

Collaboration: Partner with design and content teams to create engaging, visually appealing and highly targeted communications.

Competitive Analysis & Market Trends: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor strategies to keep our CRM approach innovative and ahead of the curve.
